FTTH Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FTTH Business Development Representative to join our team at Employment Solution Management.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for selling high-speed fibre-optic internet services to residential and commercial customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively identifying new sales opportunities and executing sales strategies within predetermined coverage areas;
- Achieving targets net of churn and consistently meeting campaign outcomes as set by management;
- Establishing, maintaining, expanding, and taking ownership of customer relationships;
- Developing and implementing effective sales processes;
- Ensuring accurate and timely updates to the lead management system (Solid);
- Scheduling client meetings and attending door-to-door sales activities, street activations, mall activations, and other directed events;
- Actively promoting FTTH and associated products on social media platforms;
- Collecting, collating, and reporting on sales activities and outcomes daily;
In addition to these responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
Requirements:To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen;
- Be currently unemployed;
- Be between the ages of 18-34;
- Have a qualification not higher than NQF Level 4;
- Have attended a Quintile 1, 2, or 3 school or be a recipient of a Child Support Grant;
The estimated salary for this position is approximately R150,000 per annum, plus commission structure. On-the-job training on an industry-recognised qualification will also be provided. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
