About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic HR Manager to join our team at KPMG South Africa. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with expertise in colleague information and third-party contracting to make a meaningful contribution to our organization.

**Job Summary**

The Strategic HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Employee Information Services (EIS) team, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing the Third-Party Contracting process, ensuring compliance with Global Quality and Risk Management Manual (GQRMM) requirements and employee tax and labor law regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the EIS team's transaction and data quality monitoring
- Provide sign-off for ISQM control requirements related to Third-Party Contracting and Colleague Information in the Oracle HR system
- Define and drive EIS quality standards aligned with Global KPMG standards
- Ensure fair work volume and distribution among the EIS team
- Continuously track service delivery and drive EIS team activities towards set standards within agreed staffing capacity limits and in line with SLAs
- Work to improve support systems and processes in the EIS team through ongoing reviews of business processes and work carried out by the EIS team
- Collaborate with the EIS Team Lead to liaise with ITS regarding Oracle HR and/or ServiceNow changes or enhancements, complete user acceptance testing, and project manage changes to ensure effective implementation
- Develop and mentor the EIS team, driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation, including system configuration, user manuals, and data privacy policies
- Oversee the maintenance of the Third-Party Contracting process, contracting tracker, and training tracker

Requirements

- 5 years of administrative management and leadership experience in a professional services firm
- Oracle and people information services experience
- Third-Party Contracting experience
- Strong understanding of risk management and professional services firm requirements, including ISQM1 implications
- Good analytical and technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong sense of the need for compliance
- Leadership skills and ability to influence and guide others
