Indirect Sales Leader for Southern Africa

We are seeking an experienced Indirect Sales Leader to join our team at Bilnor Labour in Southern Africa. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive growth across the region.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an indirect sales strategy that contributes to increasing market share and maximizing sales across all divisions in Southern Africa. They will work closely with our partners to identify, convert, and grow market/sales opportunities in their assigned areas of responsibility.
The role involves coaching and supporting individual Indirect Sales Partners in customer meetings, ensuring customer engagement as per the client's processes to improve collaboration & qualification of the deal. The leader will also be responsible for creating and executing individual and specific Partner business plans, monitoring and challenging performance delivery for each indirect sales partner with monthly performance reviews.
Key responsibilities include providing accurate forecasting to the respective divisions' Business Line Managers, recruiting, onboarding, and developing new partners, ensuring internal alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and credit control, and gathering relevant sales, marketing, and competitive data related to the indirect sales partner market and performance.
A key aspect of this role is developing and maintaining an account base to achieve multi-brand revenue goals, ensuring leads and opportunities are accurately and timeously captured on Salesforce, preparing sales call and activity plans for the month ahead, and preparing monthly sales activity and related revenue reports for Business Line Managers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of partner management, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently and under pressure. A proven track record in recruiting and managing dealers/distributors/resellers is essential, as is good knowledge of the mining and construction industry in Southern Africa.
This is a senior leadership role that requires a high level of expertise, experience, and credibility. The salary for this position is estimated to be around R1,200,000 - R1,500,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
