Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Southern Africa Business Development Lead to join our team at Isilumko Staffing.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled business development professional to drive growth in six countries across Southern Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling risk management solutions, driving profitability, educating clients about product and service benefits, and developing new business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales and business development experience, with a proven ability to build relationships and achieve results in emerging markets. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell risk management solutions to clients in six countries across Southern Africa.
  • Drive profitability by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue.
  • Educate clients about product and service benefits and features, and develop proposals to secure new business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue in emerging markets.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships and achieve results.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to conduct market analysis and provide insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
