Job Description

As a Luxury Receptionist at HR Genie, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for clients upon their arrival. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, while also ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure that the front desk area is always clean and tidy, with necessary supplies readily available.
  • Coordinate with the administrative officer to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • National Senior Certificate (NSC) required.
  • Proficiency in computer use, including data processing and familiarity with invoicing and billing software.
  • Prior experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to interact professionally with clients.
  • Presentation of self and office spaces.
  • Language: Being able to speak both English & Afrikaans is to your advantage.

  • A competitive salary range of R100 000 - R140 000 per annum.
