**Position**: Spa Receptionist
**Location**: Luxury Hotel, Cape Town
**Salary**: Market-related + Commission

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Service**: Provide exceptional service to clients both in person and over the phone, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
- ** Administrative Tasks**: Manage bookings, handle inquiries, and perform daily administrative duties with efficiency and accuracy.
- ** Sales and Targets**: Drive sales by promoting spa services and products, contributing to achieving team targets.
- ** Brand Representation**: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to represent the hotel's luxury brand.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as a spa receptionist or back-up therapist.
- ** Maturity and Responsibility**: Reliable and able to handle the demands of a luxury spa environment.
- ** Passion and Drive**: Enthusiastic about the wellness industry and motivated to achieve targets.
- ** Professional Appearance**: Well-groomed to present the brand in the best light.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- ** Customer Service**: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and handle client interactions with grace.
