We are seeking a highly skilled Broker Administrator to join our team at ATripleA Recruitment and Temps.


The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in identifying and targeting potential clients, following up on leads, and facilitating initial client meetings.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Client Acquisition: Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients to increase business growth.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain up-to-date records of client policies, ensure all documentation is accurate, and monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations.

The ideal candidate will have a matric qualification, at least 2 years' experience in the life insurance industry, and excellent computer skills. Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential.
