**Business Development / Talent Associate**

**Minimum Requirements**
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential with relevant experience).
- Beneficial: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or a related role.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and building strong client relationships.

**Roles and Responsibilities** **Business Development (70%)**:

- Actively seek out and build relationships with potential clients to generate new business.
- Conduct market research to identify recruitment needs and opportunities.
- Identify and contact potential clients to introduce recruitment services.
- Present the company’s services, highlighting solutions tailored to clients' recruitment needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their hiring requirements.
- Work closely with clients to obtain detailed job specifications.
- Develop and submit tailored recruitment proposals.
- Handle contract negotiations and follow-up with clients.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business development targets.

**Talent Acquisition and Support (30%)**:
**Additional**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying and shredding documents.
- Support with additional ad-hoc duties as required.

**Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms.

**Attributes**:

- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Proactive with a solution-focused attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Working Conditions**
- Office-based role in Pretoria East, Elarduspark.
- Laptop provided by the company.
- Commission structure based on achieving and exceeding business development and recruitment targets.
- Training provided.
