**Minimum Requirements**:

- Essential: Matric
- Advantageous: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-year experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the recruitment industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and its best practices is beneficial.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Own vehicle and valid Driver's License.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Prospect and Identify New Clients**: Research, identify, and approach potential clients in various industries. Develop a deep understanding of their recruitment needs and challenges.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations. Understand their business objectives and position Marvel Placement Consultants as the preferred recruitment partner.
- **Sales Pitch**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Marvel Placement Consultants. Customize proposals to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- **Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients. Close deals and secure long-term partnerships. Ensure smooth transition of new clients to the recruitment team.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team for strategic decision-making.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide updates to the management team.
