Client Relationship Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Moore Infinity Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media and marketing strategies to engage with clients and promote our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and implementing business development plans.
- Manage client needs and service operations, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities to enhance our services and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a Client Relationship Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of business development and client engagement.
- Strong knowledge of the finance and professional services industry, with experience in business development and marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong negotiation, marketing, and networking skills, with experience in social media and digital marketing.
