Senior Business Partner for People Development and Organisation Effectiveness

Job Title: Human Resource Business PartnerWe offer a competitive salary of R750,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:- People Planning: Contribute to the development of functional people plans that align with Nexio's strategy and drive the delivery of key initiatives.
- Organisation Effectiveness & Change: Support change programmes, interface with stakeholders, and provide input to organisational reviews.
- Culture Change: Play a key role in promoting The Nexio Way and supporting leaders in adopting new ways of working.
- Performance and Reward: Manage poor performers and partner with business leaders on performance development.
- Talent and Resourcing: Collaborate on talent management, succession planning, and senior resourcing for business areas.
- Leadership and Management Development: Coach executives and drive management development programmes.
We require a relevant degree or diploma, at least 6-8 years' experience as a Human Resources generalist, and foundational knowledge in change management.
