Executive Secretary to the Chairman

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support to the Chairman by handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diary Management: Proactively manage and coordinate the Chairman's diary, prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, and ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and provided.
  • Travel Arrangements: Plan and organize local and international travel, including accommodation and transportation arrangements as required.
  • Event Planning: Plan and manage key organizational events, such as Strategy meetings, and assist the Chairman with conference presentations and company presentations as required.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality in all duties.
Requirements
  • Education: Matric qualification and relevant Diploma or Degree.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience, with a strong background in administration and secretarial work.
  • Skills: Discretion and trustworthiness, tact and diplomacy, computer literacy, organizational skills, presentation skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, and flexibility to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Paralegal: A paralegal qualification is highly advantageous.
