Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Coordinator & Office Manager to join our team at West Coast Personnel. This role involves providing exceptional client service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting visa applications.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong organizational abilities. They should be able to maintain confidentiality, work efficiently under pressure, and prioritize multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and courteous service via phone and email.
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare and edit written communications to ensure clarity and professionalism.
• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to maintain a smooth office operation.
• Maintain organized records and files for easy accessibility.
• Provide support in the preparation and submission of visa applications across various categories.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of prior experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (basic data entry and intermediate reporting skills beneficial).
