We are seeking a highly skilled Conveyancing Administration Specialist to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role. As a Conveyancing Administration Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our conveyancing team, ensuring that all transactions are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle a high volume of files simultaneously, maintaining a high-quality support service
  • Support residential and commercial conveyancing
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and third parties to ensure seamless communication and resolution of any issues
Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar conveyancing-related role
  • Matric (non-negotiable)
  • Experience with GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc & E4 Training is essential
  • An excellent command of Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal, is required
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of R120,000 - R150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
