We are seeking an experienced and skilled Conveyancing Transfer Coordinator to join our team at Curiska (Pty) Ltd in Durbanville.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience dealing with own transfer files. This is a full-time office-based position, requiring strong verbal and written skills, as well as a passion for property and conveyancing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of conveyancing transfers;
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date;
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience as a transfer secretary;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A passion for property and conveyancing.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is R450,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, employees can look forward to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement fund, and paid annual leave.
