Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

The Strategic Hotel Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless delivery of services, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing business strategies to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share.
  • Leveraging Marriott's global strategic plan to inform property-level decisions.
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing team to develop revenue-generating strategies.
  • Coaching and developing the Executive Committee to achieve high-performance results.
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial performance, guest feedback, and employee engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in coaching and developing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
