Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Travel Industry Professional. This role will involve managing a portfolio of existing clients and accounts, providing first-class customer service, and working closely with Business Account Managers to maximise opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts
  • Offer exceptional customer service at all times
  • Provide quotations to clients, offering a variety of options
  • Follow up on quotations to ensure they meet client requirements
  • Work with Business Account Managers to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with Ticketing and Finance teams to resolve any issues
  • Meet and exceed personal objectives, aligned with company KPIs and account SLAs
  • Stay up-to-date with key products, services, and unique selling points
  • Promote and support company values and culture
  • Attend team meetings and participate in discussions
  • Identify areas for improvement through in-house training and attend airline training sessions

Requirements

  • Customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and German
  • Strong experience in nett fares, including air passes and RTW fares
  • Excellent travel industry knowledge and worldwide travel experience
  • Good CRS knowledge, with Galileo preferred but cross-training available
  • Strong ticketing experience, including nett fares, reissues, etc.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment, with world-class office facilities and a dedicated leadership team.

Educational Requirements

A minimum of 2 years' unbroken experience in customer service, preferably in an international Contact Centre role. A minimum of 2 years' experience within the travel, tourism industry, particularly tours and activities. Proficiency in computer skills and internet navigation. Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Working Hours

The successful candidate will be required to work UK and US hours, if required.
