Job Title: Senior Travel Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Travel Designer to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality in Cape Town, Westlake.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position that requires a deep understanding of the travel industry, particularly in inbound tourism. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling customer relationships, product development, and service promotion. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative travel products and services for our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with private guided agents and their preferred suppliers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/Hospitality or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a senior role within the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and promoting successful travel products and services.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
