Key Responsibilities
  • Employer Registration and Onboarding: Manage the registration process from start to finish, including engaging with employers, ensuring completion of registration, and loading new employers onto our administration system.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employer details, manage changes as needed, and perform data cleanup on our administration system.
  • Statement of Account Management: Assist with the cleanup of employer statements of account when requested.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Support the Manager: Compliance with various ad-hoc projects as delegated.
Team Support
  • Independence and Accountability: Work independently with minimal supervision, accept accountability for work done, and take responsibility for allocated tasks.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain supportive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication: Display a willing and helpful attitude, and action any other responsibilities allocated by the manager.
Client Relations
  • Enquiry Resolution: Attend to all internal and external enquiries, assist service providers, and apply rules, policies, and administration procedures in accordance with company standards or service level agreements.
  • Feedback and Escalation: Provide ongoing feedback to clients until enquiries are resolved, and action all escalated enquiries within hours.
Time Management
  • Efficiency and Productivity: Demonstrate excellent time management, manage work outflow timeously, and ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are adhered to.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be flexible and able to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.
