Job Title: Section 14 Administrator

At SALT Employee Benefits, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Section 14 Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Section 14 transfers, from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality assurance and compliance with specialized requirements.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including communication with clients, administrators, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prepare and submit documentation, including payment schedules and G forms.
  • Liaise with FSCA, administrators, and company stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including member notes and email correspondence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Section 14 transfers, including 180 days for FSCA submissions and 60 days for benefits transfers.
Requirements:
  • Matric qualification.
  • Proficiency in Excel and EB Knowledge.
  • Familiarity with FSCA SLA and Section 14 regulations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
