About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Section 37C Claims Specialist to join our team at Salt Employee Benefits. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately and timeously processing Section 37C related activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate death, disability, and funeral claims information to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Provide efficient administration and verification services to minimize financial risk and improve client service.
  • Request information, respond to enquiries, and provide assistance to members and beneficiaries, employers, and external service providers.
  • Perform quality assurance based on specialized requirements and ensure strong stakeholder management.
  • Communicate effectively via different channels and maintain a professional image of SEB.
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in employee benefits/retirement fund administration, specifically in a similar role assessing Section 37C claims.
  • Solid knowledge of pension fund legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Analytical and investigative skills, with excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
