As a Customer Service Expert at We Buy Cars: The Car Supermarket, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective technical support. Your strong mechanical knowledge and excellent communication skills will enable you to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide accurate solutions to customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming customer calls and respond to their technical queries
  2. Analyze customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
  3. Educate customers on product features and usage to enhance their overall experience
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated technical issues
  5. Document customer interactions and technical solutions in the system
  6. Continuously update your knowledge of technical products and services to stay current with industry developments
  7. Foster a positive and supportive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Deep understanding of technical products and services
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using call centre software and customer relationship management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
