Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales force. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving new business sales targets and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and prospects, and analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve new business sales targets and results.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales and customer relations personnel, and collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present business development reports, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Matric - Degree or diploma, with a minimum of 5-8 years' experience in business development within a corporate environment.
  • Skills: Proven track record in dealing with customers, building pipeline, and new business development; advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office; ability to maintain professionalism and corporate standards; and a sense of urgency to meet strict deadlines.
  • Experience: B2B business development experience, with a proven track record in dealing with customers and building pipeline.
