Strategic Channel Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Channel Growth Expert to join our team at Elite Search and Selection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic channel development and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute channel growth strategies to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including SMEs and larger private and public enterprises.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through effective new business development skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class results and exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continued excellence in channel management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of successfully onboarding new channel partners and achieving sales targets.
- Strong new business development skills and a keen interest in technology.
- Excellent people and communication skills, with a strong presentation style.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions.
