About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conveyancing Administration Professional to join our team at Staff Solutions Recruitment. The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our conveyancing team, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- File Management: Manage a substantial workload of files (45-60+) with accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, agents, and third parties, providing clear updates on matters.
- Correspondence and Documents: Assist in drafting correspondence, documents, and contracts related to residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
- Liaison and Problem-Solving: Liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any issues that may arise.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar conveyancing role, with a proven ability to manage a substantial workload.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in conveyancing software such as GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 Training is essential.
- Language Skills: A strong command of both Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required.
- Education: A Matric certificate is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Citizenship: The successful candidate must be a South African citizen.
What We Offer
- A competitive estimated salary range of R450,000 - R600,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
