Job Description:

IOCO is seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to lead the sales efforts for our innovative wireless and digital communications solutions. This role requires a skilled professional with extensive experience in managing client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop and present ICT sales proposals and tenders
  • Manage customer requests for designs and proposals, while providing excellent customer service
  • Ensure timely completion of projects/orders by coordinating with operational teams
  • Regularly visit customers locally and abroad to build strong relationships and identify new sales opportunities
  • Generate customer quotations on CRM and update CRM as needed, drawing reports on a weekly basis
  • Actively focus on key client relationships to drive continued project work and improve overall client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
  • 5 years of function-related experience in sales, IT, and wireless communications
  • 3 years of project experience, with at least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of R 250,000, plus benefits including a company vehicle and annual bonuses based on performance.
