E-commerce Growth Strategist

- Drive Revenue: Take ownership of revenue growth across Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms, focusing on consistent profitability and scaling.
- Strategic Execution: Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales funnels, conversion rates, and customer acquisition and retention.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data to uncover sales trends, customer insights, and market opportunities, and translate these into actionable growth strategies.
- Strategic Merchandising: Oversee merchandising strategies and SKU mix to maximize visibility, sales, and profitability.
- Product Optimization: Ensure that product listings are optimized for peak performance, adjusting based on sales data, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Operational Excellence: Manage daily operations of FluentPet's online stores, including inventory, pricing, promotions, and launches.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and timely execution of growth initiatives.
- Sales Initiatives: Lead the planning and execution of sales events, product launches, and promotional activities to drive revenue.
- Platform Optimization: Enhance storefronts and product listings on Amazon and Shopify to maximize visibility and conversion.
- PPC Management: Oversee and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon and other platforms to drive targeted traffic and boost sales.
- Performance Review: Continuously refine product pages for optimal search algorithm performance and customer engagement.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates, ROAS, CAC, and LTV to guide decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Employ A/B testing and other methodologies to iteratively improve sales performance and strategy.
- Efficiency Enhancement: Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful execution of e-commerce and revenue initiatives.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with supply chain and customer service teams to address inventory and fulfillment challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, or revenue management with a demonstrated ability to drive growth on Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms.
- Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
- Experience with PPC campaign management on Amazon and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience in the pet industry or with mission-driven companies.
- Proven track record of scaling e-commerce revenue in North or South America.
- Knowledge of A/B testing, CRO tactics, and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with Klaviyo for email marketing, including campaign management and performance analysis.
