About the Role

Rory Mackie & Associates is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Retail Manager to join our team. As a key member of our E-Commerce division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and enhancing our support to online-focused retail clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute E-Commerce Strategies: Plan and drive all sales across retailer websites, working closely with the E-Commerce team to deliver short- and long-term growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team: Strategically plan and forecast promotional products with the Marketing team to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Ensure Omnichannel Alignment: Ensure 360-degree communications and alignment of in-store and online activity to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Build CRM Campaigns: Work with the E-tailers and CRM team to build CRM campaigns that drive loyalty and engagement.
  • Monitor and Report E-Commerce Metrics: Analyze and report on E-Commerce metrics such as retailer website performance, traffic, social media engagements, opt-ins, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee Digital Media Efforts: Oversee all digital media efforts to efficiently and effectively reach the correct target audience for each product segment.
  • Prepare Business Reports: Prepare weekly and monthly business reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience in E-Commerce: Experience in a result-driven E-Commerce online environment.
  • E-Tail Landscape Knowledge: In-depth experience and knowledge of the E-tail landscape.
  • Numerical and Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills to analyze E-Commerce metrics and drive business decisions.
  • Team Management: Experience managing a team to drive sales growth and enhance customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Passion/understanding of the products offered within the business.
  • Experience and Education: 3+ years of experience managing E-Commerce retail interactions and a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications (negotiable).
  • Certifications and Tools: Google Analytics Certifications an advantage, proficiency in website CMS and CRM tools like Microsoft Dynamics, and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
