Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Communicate Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to build strong relationships with clients and drive business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our clients remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the software or technology sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Must be based in Johannesburg and have a valid driver's license and own car.
- A passion for technology and a keen interest in understanding software solutions.
Qualifications:
- Any tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
