Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive at MC Technology Staffing, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and account management.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to negotiation, proposal creation, and contract closure.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the software, CAD/CAM, or similar engineering solutions industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
