We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Defy Appliances, based in Midrand. In this role, the goal is to provide excellent customer service, resolve problems efficiently, and enhance customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Liaising with customers and retailers via telephone and written communication
  2. Providing technical product knowledge to customers to resolve 'First-line support' queries
  3. Ensuring service targets are met – Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  4. Daily management of CONTACT and Sales Force systems
  5. Maintaining customer satisfaction rates according to company standards
  6. Reporting on all outstanding calls
  7. Solving customer queries via Service Manager, internet, and from retail stores

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Matric certification
  2. 1 Year Call Centre Experience
  3. Excellent communication skills
  4. Fluent English language proficiency
