Job Description
As a key member of our team, the Administrative Support Specialist - Financial Services will provide exceptional support to our Financial Advisors and clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and communicating with clients. You will also assist in generating financial reports, inputting client data, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate appointments for the Financial Advisor with clients.
  • Prepare and organize client meetings, including gathering necessary documents and information.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure they receive timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Assist in preparing financial documents, proposals, and reports for clients.
  • Maintain and update client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process forms, applications, and transactions related to investments, insurance, and financial planning.
  • Ensure that all documentation is in compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Keep up to date with changes in regulations and assist in implementing required procedures.
  • Input client data and financial information into relevant software systems.
  • Assist in generating financial reports, performance summaries, and other necessary documentation.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication for the Financial Advisor.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
  • Help manage client communications, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Assist with follow-ups on financial goals, investment progress, and other client needs.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the Financial Advisor.

Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
