Isilumko Staffing is a leading provider of top talent in the vehicle management and sales space. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Business Expansion Strategist to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead new business development initiatives, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth aligned with our company strategy.
Key Responsibilities- New Business Identification
- Develop and implement business cases for new development campaigns to ensure feasibility and alignment with our company strategy.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Breathe life into existing client relationships and develop new connections to expand business through consultative selling approaches.
- Leverage customer networks to unlock new opportunities and foster trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
- Project Management
- Ensure successful onboarding of new suppliers as agreed upon and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Manage contract renewals, ensuring seamless continuation of business operations.
- Awareness and Support
- Create awareness of repudiation services and provide support to internal processes.
- Relationship Development
- Nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee trust and reliability.
- Education
- Must hold a matric qualification.
- Qualifications
- Must possess an NQF7 business qualification or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Experience
- Must have 5-10 years of experience in key account management, marketing, sales, and automotive fields within a medium or large company.
- Skills
- Must have project management experience.
R550,000 - R650,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
