Customer Experience Manager

Merand Corbett & Associates is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through effective customer journey mapping, segmentation, and data-driven marketing strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement customer journey maps to enhance customer engagement and experience
* Analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and optimize customer communication
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
* Design and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality customer communications
* Manage the customer direct marketing calendar to ensure timely and effective customer engagement
**Requirements:**
* Degree in Marketing or relevant field
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a CRM role
* Proven track record of delivering customer experience strategies that drive business growth
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
