My client in Sandton is currently looking for a qualified LMS Administrator.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- BA(Ed), BSc or BCom.
- Relevant short skills qualification

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**:

- Tech savvy.
- Relationship building abilities.
- Presentation skills.
- Facilitation skills.
- Ability to maintain and update Learn Dash LMS.
- Competency with H5P content.
- Competency in xAPI content.
- Knowledge of ADDIE principles.
- Knowledge of adult education principles and andragogy.
- Proven track record of experience in this field.
- No criminal record or bad credit history (required for working with potentially sensitive data in the Financial Services domain).

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Needs analysis.
- Content creation including videos, games, assessments for different types of training needs.
- Planning, storyboarding.
- Prototype course creation on Learn Dash LMS; troubleshooting functionalities.
- Implementation and evaluation phases; iterative updates and maintenance.
- Technical support to tutors, students and trainers; documentation and template creation.
- Continuous professional development in the learning design space.
- End to end project management and ownership.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R28 000,00 - R31 000,00 per month
