Training and Development Coordinator

Neptune seeks a skilled Training and Development Coordinator to join its centralized Learning and Development team.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of hotel service standards and office-based administration, with a passion for fostering a culture that encourages employee growth through continuous learning and career development.
This role involves coordinating various learning and development initiatives, requiring strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support for training programs, including data management and communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinating logistics for training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and minimal disruptions.
- Developing and maintaining databases to track employee training history and progress.
- Maintaining accurate records of employee skills and qualifications.
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify areas for training and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will possess excellent administration skills, strong typing skills (35 words per minute), and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
A consistent approach to quality output, planning, and organizational skills are essential for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
We offer an attractive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to ensure our employees receive fair compensation for their hard work and dedication.
