Job Title: Administrative Assistant: Compliance and Coordination

Job Summary:

The Road Accident Fund is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Onboarding Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date written documentation, ensuring compliance to policies and process standards, and keeping abreast of internal standards and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance to policies and process standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the Onboarding Department.
  • Assist in making follow-ups on outstanding matters.
  • Ensure all requests are handled and responded to within set timelines.

Requirements:

  • Matric or Grade 12 certificate.
  • Relevant 1 year's experience in an administrative or similar environment.
