FICA Administration Coordinator

Position Title: FICA Process Coordinator (JB4574)
Salary: R R15 000 per month CTC
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Employment Type: Permanent
A prominent provider of automated cash management and payment solutions within the retail sector is seeking a proficient and experienced FICA Process Coordinator to enhance their operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the administration and management of the FICA process, which includes researching new clients, reviewing FICA requests, managing FICA-related workflows, responding to FICA inquiries, and maintaining the FICA report.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Operations team.
- Engage with clients regarding credit applications, approvals, and payouts.
- Demonstrate courteous and professional communication through various channels.
- Contribute to team objectives by achieving related results as necessary.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to gather information for resolving client inquiries.
- Address client complaints and inquiries effectively.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Matriculation certificate.
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Experience in FICA administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Administrative qualifications are advantageous.
