To support the company with finance admin tasks, non-stock purchases and effective management of supplier & BBBEE master data for compliance with corporate governance.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- WesBank fleet card administration.
- Company cellphone contract administration
- Non-stock purchases including stationery, refreshments and services.
- Onboarding of new suppliers
- Preparation of B-BBEE procurement reports.
- Assist in the co-ordination and collection of BBBEE evidence for company certification.
- Assists with Ad Hoc projects where required

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Business Management or Business Administration Diploma
- 1 -2 years’ administration experience

**SKILLS**:

- Competent in Microsoft office package
- Independent self-starter with ability to pay attention to detail
- Time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving
- Organising and planning
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with confidential information
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Highly developed attention to detail

Pay: R20 000,00 - R26 000,00 per month
