Enterprise Sales Outreach Manager

About the Job:
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and referrals. You will also be required to map customer organizations, identify decision-makers, and educate them about the benefits of our solutions.
Main Duties:
- Prospect new business opportunities in targeted industries and accounts
- Qualify potential customers by understanding their goals and pain-points
- Develop and maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively communicate its value proposition
- Utilize strategic sales methodologies to set appointments and close deals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems (Salesforce)
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proven track record in sales, with a focus on over-achieving targets
- Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and teamwork
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizations and initiate conversations with senior personnel
