About the Role

This is a critical position that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Reception Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our visitors and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors and guests in a professional manner.
  • Direct them to the appropriate areas and ensure they have all necessary information.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for visitors and staff by operating and monitoring CCTV systems.
  • Handle reservations and payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide information and assistance to visitors, answering their inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, and provide accurate information to callers.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and reservation software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits package including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
