We are seeking a skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Stonebridge HR Solutions in Pretoria East. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the administrative functions of our office.
Responsibilities- Provide reception and administrative support to our team members
- Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
- Grade 12 certificate
- 5-10 years of experience in administration or a related field
- Strong administrative and communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Valid driver's license and own transport
- Presentable and professional appearance
