Office and Accounts Administrators play a vital role in the smooth operation of our client's workshop in Silverton, Pretoria.

We are seeking a dynamic professional with 1-3 years of experience in an administrative working environment to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This position involves account processing for debtors and creditors, ensuring timely and accurate management of financial transactions.

A valid driver's license is required to assist with deliveries when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Matric qualification (advantageous)
  • Valid driver's license
  • 1-3 years of experience in workshop administration or office administration

This role encompasses general office administration, overseeing day-to-day activities, managing stock, and maintaining records. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Telephone duties, including switchboard experience
  • Reception duties
  • Stock management, including ordering, tracking, and stock takes
  • Processing quotes and purchase orders
  • Clients liaison, providing exceptional customer service
