- Reporting and Communication: Develop and maintain effective reporting and communication systems to ensure that stakeholders are informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and other team members, to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence across all projects, ensuring that they are delivered efficiently, effectively, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or project management.
- Experience: At least 7-10 years of experience in a management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of project managers and other stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project managers, and other team members.
