Job Description

Main responsibilities of the Senior Business Development Representative include servicing and maintaining relationships within the Insurance, Fitment Centre and Motor Dealership channels. Achieve sales targets by generating new business and revitalizing dormant accounts while servicing the existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of account management to ensure a positive client experience
  • Manage all aspects of client accounts to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and effectively
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients to foster trust and engagement
  • Conduct a minimum of five sales calls per day to actively engage potential and existing clients
About You

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Requirements include: Matric; 2-5 years Sales experience; Must have reliable vehicle and valid Driver's license; Must be prepared to travel and attend after-hours functions when necessary; Computer literate, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will also enjoy benefits including a company vehicle and medical aid.
