Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at The Building Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the point of sale. You will perform till procedures efficiently, accurately, and courteously, ensuring the security of all receipts and the full contents of the till at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and providing a positive shopping experience
- Ringing up purchases and accepting payments
- Issuing accurate receipts
- Balancing the till
- Upholding and promoting company values and culture
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Proficient in English
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Helpful and polite demeanor
- Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3 years' experience as a cashier
- Product knowledge
