Automotive Sales Consultant

As an integral part of our team at Mototeam (Pty) Ltd, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional results in new vehicle sales. Your key responsibilities will include selling the maximum number of new cars, achieving maximum first and second-gross profits, and ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with our company sales policy.
You will also be responsible for initiating and closing deals, adhering to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately completed.
Furthermore, you will network, promote, and ensure activities are in line with our focus to retail new cars, communicate with the Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base, and develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross).
You will build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong deal-building skills, and strong negotiation skills.
Requirements
- Must have min 2 years Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 3 Months Commission sheets/Payslips
- Self and Target Driven
- Leads Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Deal building skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Must have MS Office, Sales Workplace Experience
- Social media knowledge
- Valid Drivers License
