Automotive Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Mototeam (Pty) Ltd. As a Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our pre-owned vehicles to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Sell and promote pre-owned vehicles to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing detailed information about available pre-owned vehicles
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed and adhered to legal requirements
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the automotive industry to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Communicate with the Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base
- Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care
- Minimum 2-3 years Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership
- Matric (Grade 12)
- 3 Months Commission sheets/Payslips
- Self and Target Driven
- Leads Management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Deal building skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal orientated
- Must have MS Office, CRM, Autobid experience
- Social media/Digital marketing knowledge
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
