Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team at Mototeam (Pty) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new vehicles and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Sell the maximum number of new cars and achieve maximum first and second gross profits.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company sales policy to ensure return and referral sales.
  • Deal Management: Initiate and close deals, adhering to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation.
  • Networking: Network, promote, and ensure activities are in line with focus to retail new cars.
  • Communication: Communicate with Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base.
  • Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross).
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have min 2 years Automotive Car Sales experience at a franchise dealership.
  • Education: Matric (Grade 12).
  • Skills: Self and Target Driven, Leads Management, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Strong Deal building skills, Strong negotiation skills, MS Office, Sales Workplace Experience, Social media knowledge, Valid Drivers License.
