Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Trainer to join our team at TLT Appointing.
As a Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales division with the onboarding of new sales consultants. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that adequate and relevant training is provided to equip sales consultants with the necessary technical and functional knowledge to fulfill their function.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of sales consultants
* Collaborate with the sales team to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions
* Provide coaching and mentoring to sales consultants to enhance their sales skills and knowledge
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and development
Requirements
* Matric qualification
* Bachelor's degree or courses and/or certifications in communication, education, Train the trainer or facilitation skills or relevant field
* 3-5 years' experience as a Senior or Executive sales consultant
